Speculating on the rumors surrounding pro wrestling is a favored pastime of many fans, perhaps second only to actually watching the matches. In this daily column, we take a look at the latest rumors being churned out by the pro wrestling rumor mill.

Rumors for the Day:
- Fightful Select says there is no heat on Seth Rollins for taking off the ref camera during the CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre match at SummerSlam. The battery pack apparently fell off and Rollins simply made the choice to remove it.
- Dave Meltzer said in his Daily Update that Jacob Fatu was “supposed to be selling the leg after the splash, to keep him away from any confrontation with Roman Reigns” at SummerSlam. He said no one in WWE who would know would confirm if it was a real injury or just the angle they were always planning.
- He also said Logan Paul was “injured in some form.”
- Fightful Select notes that talent at WWE talked about Shane McMahon meeting with Tony Khan and “most we spoke to believe Shane will end up at least making an appearance there.”
- WRKD Wrestling seems to be hinting that the GUNTHER vs. John Cena match previously talked about for a premium live event on his retirement tour will be for the world heavyweight championship.
- Per Fightful, WWE has loosened things up as far as strong language on its shows, as evidenced by some of the language on SummerSlam.
